My Official Commentary on the 2012 Teen Choice Awards

So the 2012 Teen Choice Awards have come and gone and I had to go out of my way to watch it because of the AMAZING DEMI LOVATO. So this is my recap on it. I don't yarn too much story. Very straight to the point. Enjoy

I. I want to see Step Up Revolution

2.Lea Michele didn't do the 'Lea Michele' this time

3. Simon Cowell is hilarious

4. The NLT footage was so cool... Kevin McHale has matured through the years

5. Zooey is just the best

6. Sophia Grace and Rosie should just release their album already

7. So I guess teenagers prefer The Vampire Diaries to true Blood.

8. Demi Lovato is so sweet. Think the slideshow of Kevin's childhood pictures was a good idea

9. No Doubt is back!

10. Is it just me or does Ashley Benson from Pretty Little Liars look like Lindsay Lohan

11. I thought Matt Damon, Ryan Gosling or Channing Tatum would win Choice Actor in a Drama but  I remembered it was mostly American teenage girls voting... so Zac Efron won

12. I wanna burn Kevin's shirt so bad... Like the suit tho

13.. Choice hotties. Miley Cyrus and Ian Somerhalder. Miley wasn't there to recieve it. Probably planning her (coughs) wedding.

14. Kevin Hart and Nina Dobrev. Love them!

15. Choice Music Group went to Selena Gomez and The Scene and they sang the happy birthday song to her

16. Demi is so pretty :)

17. Paul, Jordin and Adam. Nice combo

18. Go 21 Jump Street!

19. Flo Rida... really? What's with the bling? Taylor Swift looked weird dancing to his song

20. Emma Stone wins!!!

21. Hannah Simone wins break out star. #TeamNewGirl

22. Zacharay Levi. I am a fan bro. Miss Chuck

23. Darren Criss shaved just in time for the awards.

24. Demi Lovato again... Love her

25. One of the best presentations of the night. Lea Michele and the dude from Teen Wolf

26. Oh Yea.. Justin Beiber performed

27. I have loved Zoe Saldana since Center Stage. Still loving her. She looks amazing

28. Best performance of the night was Call Me Maybe by Carly Rae Jepsen. How this song has risen to fame is amazing. Loved the performances. It had footages of Youtube covers and various celebrities on the red sorry pink carpet (Tia &Tamera, Tahj Mowry, Kevin Hart etc) singing the song. I liked it. It was a good way to end the show

I am sure Sophia Grace and Rosie will soon do their own cover of the song. \

So this is my weird commentary on the show. I thought I was gonna be bored but I actually enjoyed it. While the BET awards can get too "black" and the Grammy Awards can get too "white" and boring; this was just fun. Most of the peeps there looked like they were out to have a good time and the color lines were blurred. So I am going to leave you with a clip from the Call Me Maybe performance. I have to go now. Yada Magazine needs me.

Keke Palmer- You Got Me feat. Kevin McCall (Official Video)

Remember KeKe... Akeelah and the Bee, True Jackson VP...

Yea... She is back with a new joint... and I am so not feeling it.

The song sounds like an OK song. I won't say it is the best I have heard her do. I mean I actually prefer the theme song to True Jackson VP to this one but (what do I know) still this song fails to do her talent justice.

THEN THERE IS THE VIDEO

I saw this video and I was like what are you thinking?

She tries to be sexy and she fails repeatedly. The video looks like it was shot with NO budget.

Maybe I am being too harsh... Watch the video and then, I would love to hear your thoughts
